Leadership at Google familiar with a vast network of coaching talent ranked Eric’s coaching as being in the top 1% globally.
Eric’s involvement at Google has extended to broader initiatives. During his time there, he has been hired as a subject matter expert in the areas of coaching and leadership to inform key programs. In addition, Eric conducted research in partnership with Google on how externally hired VPs succeed in the company’s culture.
