She’s a results-oriented leader with over 20 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations achieve their goals, and has a background in driving growth and designing systems and processes that scale. At Sierra Leadership she particularly loves coaching and mentoring the SL team.
Natalie Mathison
Client Relationship Manager
Natalie is the primary point of coordination between our founder and our clients, ably juggling schedules, logistics and priorities. She brings a passion for excellence in communication and customer satisfaction, and a personal commitment to sustainability. Natalie also manages travel and assists with research, writing, systems, and projects. She came to Sierra Leadership after more than a decade in Silicon Valley high tech sales, marketing and executive support.
Jenna Brennan
Research Specialist
Jenna tackles research projects critical to Sierra Leadership and our clients, including topics like CEO effectiveness, C-suite best practices, and current trends with corporate boards. She’s been instrumental in defining our approach to measuring and understanding corporate sustainability. Jenna is known as a great listener and stellar collaborator; she brings a decade of research experience from business and academia.
Boris Nitzberg
Chief Morale Officer
Boris brings considerable experience in cushion demolition, strategic hole-digging, and shoe theft to Sierra Leadership, exponentially boosting the team’s capabilities for creativity and fun. Boris supports the growth of colleagues and clients alike as a miniature but mighty Bernadoodle. Mission-driven and committed to well-being, he has significant experience in managing consistent treat delivery and keeping walk schedules on track. Boris’ strategic approaches to everything from pouncing to pen-stealing make him a vital part of the team.
David Kerr
Designer
David is the founder of David Kerr Design, and brings his keen creative eye to all things visual at Sierra Leadership—our website, blogs, presentations and special client reports. A quintessential collaborator, he loves applying user-based principles to design. He can speak in plain, clear language about goals and outcomes, and translate geek, bridging the highly technical and highly emotional. He’s been a designer for over 25 years.
